My stay at this hotel was absolutely positive. One of the highlights was the exceptional cleanliness, which was evident throughout the entire property. The staff at the reception stood out with their friendliness and professionalism. A particular advantage for me was the option to pay in cash. Since many hotels nowadays only accept card payments and I often experience issues with card transactions, I was very pleased with this flexibility. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the thoughtful service of being provided with an umbrella when my own was broken – a small but meaningful gesture that shows how much attention is given to the needs of the guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return in the future. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up – I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con! Ps : I’m going to bring the umbrella back when I visit this hotel again 🥹🤞🏽

Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. They take the time to chat to guests in the breakfast room. Good breakfast buffet with something for everyone, coffee brought to table. Interesting C19 decor in the common areas. Background music unobtrusive and tasteful. Good wide shower cabin with jolly muticoloured tiling. Well supplied coffee and tea-making facilities in the room. Quiet (apart from some noisy youngsters briefly one night.) Good location - just a short tram ride from the main station and only 15 mins walk to the main venue of the festival I was attending in the centre.

One of the best places to stay in Antwerp. The building feels like you're stepping into a beautiful antique museum and everything was was just so stunning. The location is also perfect to visit the city centre with multiple modes of transport at just a few feet away from the doorstep of the hotel. A tram or bus will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. And then the absolutely lovely host who was so friendly and professional. She just radiates this cozy and 'home' feeling from the moment you arrive. A rare but well-deserving 10/10 experience.

I enjoyed everything about this property. It is an old style European hotel with beautiful frescoes on the ceilings large rooms which are well appointed the location is absolutely fantastic. Five minute walk from the trolley 10 to 15 minute walk to lively part of town with many restaurants and shops. The staff was considerate, professional, and extended themselves graciously. And for this fantastic accommodation, I paid €52 for the night. Unbelievable value! I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Registering was seated at a desk in an beautiful art nouveau office. No standing at a reception dek here! I'd booked a basic room.and although it was small, it contained a very comfortable bed, sink, mirror, a selection of lights, wardrobe.... It was great. the breakfast was very good value and the breakfast room has the most beautiful stained glass windows. The location is great with the city Art Gallery very close by and lots of cafés restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
